Do I need to be home for your services?No. You do not need to be home to have your bins cleaned. We will clean your bins the "day after" trash pickup. As long as your bins are visible and/or accessible, we'll clean them on your scheduled date and replace to the same location once your cleaning is done. If you live in a HOA community, please contact us to discuss other bin access options.

Why should I have my trash bins cleaned?We not only clean your cans, but we disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them as well. We use water at high pressures along with the proper safe cleaners which rids them 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Additionally, we spray down the outside of the can including the parts most often touched such as the lid and handle. Our system effectively reduces health hazards such as Tuberculosis, Strep, staph, E-Coli, Salmonella & Listeria.

Do you clean trash and recycling bins?Yes. We recommend cleaning all, due to bacteria, viruses, and germs that build up on all types of bins.

How do I start the service?Visit our PRICING section on this website to sign-up quickly and easily.

How do I update my payment information?Login to your account using the CLIENT LOGIN link at the top of your screen. Click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab. Under the ACTIONS column and next to your subscription, you should see an UPDATE button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your information.

How do I pay an UNPAID invoice?Login to your account using the CLIENT LOGIN link at the top of your screen. In the ACTIONS columns of the ORDERS page will be a PAY link next to your UNPAID order. Click this link. To expand the module, click on BANK OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. You'll now be able to provide credit card information to pay your invoice. Click CONTINUE. Click PLACE ORDER.

How will I know you are coming?Bin Buster of Florida will show up the "day after" your trash is picked up. Your bin will be tagged with a piece of blue tape indicating that it has been disinfected, sanitized, and deodorized.

What if I need to put trash in my bin after trash collection?We ask that you refrain from putting trash in your bin(s) until your cleaning is complete. However, if you must put a trash bag inside of your bin, we will take it out for cleaning, and put it back inside of your bin after service is completed.
